New Trailer Warranty
New trailers purchased from 5W Trailers are covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty. The specific terms, duration, and coverage of each warranty vary by manufacturer and model. At the time of purchase, your sales associate will provide you with the applicable manufacturer warranty documentation. We encourage all customers to review this documentation carefully and retain it for their records.
Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. They do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. For specific coverage questions, contact the manufacturer directly or speak with our service team.
Used Trailer Warranty
Used trailers sold by 5W Trailers are sold as-is, unless a written warranty or guarantee is explicitly provided at the time of sale and documented in your purchase agreement. In the absence of such written documentation, no warranty — express or implied — applies to used units. We recommend thoroughly inspecting any used trailer prior to purchase and asking our team about the unit's history.
Rent-to-Own Agreements
Trailers obtained through HMG (Hopkins Management Group) rent-to-own agreements are subject to the separate terms and conditions outlined in the rent-to-own contract. Warranty coverage, if any, for rent-to-own units is governed exclusively by those agreements. Please refer to your signed HMG contract for details, or contact our office for a copy.
Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim on a new trailer, contact the dealership location where the unit was purchased. Our service team will assist you in coordinating with the manufacturer to evaluate and process your claim. Please have your purchase documentation and VIN or serial number available when you contact us.

5W Trailers makes no warranties beyond those explicitly provided by the manufacturer for new units or those explicitly stated in writing at the time of sale for used units. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.
