Engineering a Lighter, Stronger Frame
Our engineering team spent over 18 months collaborating with domestic steel suppliers to identify high-tensile alloys that deliver more strength per pound than the materials used in our previous generation. The result is a fully welded main frame that is 12% lighter yet rated for payloads up to 25,000 lbs GVWR — a significant jump from the previous 22,000 lb ceiling.
Every cross-member joint is robotically MIG-welded and then hand-finished by our certified fabricators. No shortcuts, no compromises. This is the same level of craftsmanship you've always expected from 5W, applied to a next-generation platform.
What's New in the 2026 Lineup
- High-tensile steel main beam — optimized for maximum strength-to-weight performance.
- Upgraded coupler assembly — a new 2-5/16″ adjustable coupler rated for 30,000 lbs with a faster locking mechanism.
- Integrated LED lighting package — all 2026 models ship with DOT-compliant LED clearance lights, brake lights, and a 7-way RV plug as standard.
- Treated lumber decking — pressure-treated pine decking standard across all configurations, with upgrade options for hardwood or steel mesh.
- Powder-coat finish — a thicker, multi-stage powder-coat process replaces the previous single-stage paint for superior rust resistance.
